In view of the fact that the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Jaipur (for brevity, ‘the learned Tribunal’) has started functioning, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that record of this writ petition may be remitted to the learned Tribunal for hearing and disposal as pleadings of the parties are complete. He further submits that interim order passed by this Court dated 06.05.2021 be continued for a period of four weeks and by that time the learned Tribunal may be directed to decide his prayer for interim relief.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the extent the matter is remitted to the learned Tribunal for its hearing.

In that view of the matter, the record of the writ petition is directed to be remitted immediately to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Jaipur for its hearing. The office may keep a photocopy of the record with it. The parties are directed to remain present before learned Tribunal on 10.01.2022.

In the interest of justice, it is directed that interim order of this Court dated 06.05.2021 shall be operative for a period of four weeks from today. The learned Tribunal is expected to take a decision upon the prayer of the petitioner on interim relief in the meanwhile.

The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
