Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a bunch of writ petitions have been decided by this Court and thus refused to interfere in the matter, however, has granted liberty to the similarly situated persons to take up their case before the Hon’ble Division Bench in D.B.C.W No.18443/2018 (Satpal & Ors. Vs. State & Ors.). Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, submitted that this writ petition be disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.04.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 4601/2021.
