Learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Sanjay Gupta has informed this Court that the petitioners have failed to satisfy the decree by making payment pursuant to the directions given by this Court vide order dated 18.02.2021. It is also submitted that later on, the petitioners were arrested and produced before the trial court and, in such circumstances, this writ petition challenging the warrant of arrest has rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Kunal Kalla for Mr.Kaushal Gautam is not in a position to dispute the above fact.
