favour of one Vinod Kumar Tharwan, who was also transferred by the same impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar orders ought to be passed by the Tribunal. 3. I have considered the submissions. 4. This court finds that the interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner and the transfer order dated 31.12.2020 was stayed by the Tribunal vide order dated 6.1.2021, however, the case was finally heard alongwith two other appeals and final order has been passed on 11.2.2021 holding that the transfer made to Chittorgarh was for temporary purpose and with a view to give initiation to the scheme “Shudh Ke Lie Yudh”. Since the transfer is only on temporary basis, the Tribunal has dismissed the appeals as there is no malafide and the purpose of transfer is an administrative reason. This Court finds that the order passed by the Tribunal does not warrant any interference as the transfer of the petitioner is with a purpose to further the scheme propounded by the State Government. For such administrative exigencies if postings/transfers are being made, they are not liable to be interfered with.
