Mr. KS Rajpurohit, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the present petitions have become infructuous, as the payment has already been paid to the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 06.07.2018. He also submits that an affidavit, which is already prepared in this regard will be filed during the course of the day.
In light of such statement, both the petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the respondents to take appropriate legal recourse, if so advised.
All pending applications also stand dismissed accordingly.
