The petitioner claims that as per his original OMR sheet, he ought to have been given higher marks, however, there is no supporting document to show that the petitioner’s total score card would be above cut-off. Learned counsel relies on the order passed in SBCWP No. 25474/2018: Virendra Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan .
However, this Court finds that in the said case no original OMR sheet produced before the Court showed that the petitioner wherein had attempted those questions while the same was cleared by the concerned examining authority. The case of the

petitioner is not on same footing and therefore no relief can be
granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. All pending applications stand dismissed.
