This second bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No.400/2019 registered at Police Station- Ranoli, Dist. Sikar for the offences under Sections 365 and 323 IPC.
Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the challan papers and the subsequent investigation report submitted wherein the role of Mahendra Neel @ Mahendra Choudhary-accusedpetitioner has been mentioned. The presence of the petitioner, prima facie , at the place of incident is found to be made out.
Without commenting further on the merits of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
The second bail application is accordingly dismissed.
