This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan-II to dispose of the Original Application no.409/2015, Raghav Mehta Vs. Rajesh Kumar Jajoria, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that evidence of the non-applicant is over and now the matter is fixed for final arguments and prayed that the learned Tribunal be directed for its expeditious disposal.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to decide this writ petition without issuing notice to the respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan-II to dispose of the Original Application no.409/2015, Raghav Mehta Vs. Rajesh Kumar Jajoria within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
