As per the status report, after investigation, negative final report is proposed in the case.
In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the suitable direction may be issued to the Investigating Agency to submit the conclusion of the investigation expeditiously.
This criminal misc. petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to submit the conclusion of the investigation with the concerned Court within 30 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
