In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application/representation (Annexure-2, 3, 4 & 5) have not been decided by the respondents even after passage of long time, therefore, the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the same.
In light of such limited prayer, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent No.3 to decide the application/representation (Annex.5) of the petitioner by passing a
