The matter comes up on an application No.1/2021 filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition in view of the Amnesty Scheme, 2021 promulgated by the State Government.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to approach the respondents for availing the facility provided under the Amnesty Scheme, 2021, and as such, liberty is sought to withdraw the present writ petition.
This Court allows the application filed by the petitioner and permits the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition.
