Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a similar nature writ petition being Lakhma Ram Meena v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2576/2021, decided on 15.2.2021, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has passed order for consideration of representation and, therefore, similar order may be passed in the present writ petition also.
In the case of Lakhma Ram Meena (supra), it was inter alia observed and directed by the Court as under:-
“1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was given appointment on the post of Peon (Class – IV employee) in furtherance of the name sent by the Employment Exchange and submits that the State Government, vide office order dated 04.06.2020 has taken an inprinciple decision to regularise such employees from the date of initial appointment.

issued to the respondents to consider and decide his representation, in light of office order dated 04.06.2020, issued by District Education Officer, Bhilwara.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is also disposed of in light of and with similar directions as given in the case of Lakhma Ram Meena (supra).
