By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for his posting in Government Senior Secondary School in Panchayat Samiti, Bhainsroadgarh, Chittorgarh.
The grievance of the petitioner is that while issuing the vacancy position in the schools of Panchayat Samiti, the post lying vacant in the said Bhainsroadgarh, Chittorgarh was not notified.
The petitioner was promoted to the post of Teacher Grade-II and was posted in Panchayat Samiti, Nimbhaheda in the same District Chittorgarh.

In my considered view, since the seniority of the petitioner has not been disturbed on being promoted to higher post and it is not a matter of right to claim posting at a particular place.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
