In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation is considered decided by the respondents by passing a speaking order.
In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of 60 days from today, strictly in accordance with law.
