This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.1.2020 whereby, the petitioner, a Head Constable, has been placed under suspension.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, relying upon a Division Bench Judgment of this Court in case of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Manvendra Singh, D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.1111/2019 , submitted that therein, this Court has required the respondents to reconsider the suspension order

periodically and hence, the respondents may be directed to revisit the suspension order passed about two years ago.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer and submitted that they will review the order impugned.
Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties as also the law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in case of State of Rajasthan (supra), this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to review the order dated 01.01.2020 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
