This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the respondents whereby he, an AEN (Civil), has been transferred from Kota to Phalodi.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation for redressal of his grievance and the respondents may be directed to decide the same expeditiously keeping in view the law laid down by a

Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 16.12.1999 in case of Pushpa Mehta Vs. Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal: D.B. Civil Special Appeal No.1430/1999.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation with the respondents against the impugned transfer order dated 30.09.2021 within a period of one week from today. In case such representation is filed, the respondents are required to pass a reasoned order thereupon within a period of 4 weeks thereafter keeping in view the judgment dated 16.12.1999 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in case of Pushpa Mehta (supra).
