In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the counselling is already over, therefore, this petition no more survives.
In light of such submission, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed. The stay application also stands dismissed. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
