Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua the grievance raised by the petitioner in the writ petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation (Annex.3) with the respondents and respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner before the respondents.
The petitioner would be free to file a fresh detailed representation.
