This writ petition in the nature of public interest litigation takes up the cause of encroachments made on public land in the city of Bikaner.
Quite apart from our inability to gather full facts and materials necessary for removal of encroachments and demolition of existing structures, we notice that the petitioner had made a representation very recently to the Urban Development Authority, Bikaner on 10.09.2021. This appears to be the only attempt made

by the petitioner to move the official machinery for ventilating his grievance.
At this stage, we permit the petitioner to pursue such representation with the concerned authorities.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
