This appeal is filed by the original petitioner to challenge the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 08.02.2021 in Civil Writ Petition No.12916/2020.
A perusal of the judgment of the learned Single Judge and other documents on record would show that the Revenue Board has concurrently come to the factual finding that the appellantpetitioner was unable to prove his right or possession over the disputed land through any reliable evidence. Such finding was examined by the learned Single Judge and found himself unable to disturb the same. In fact, the learned Single Judge has recorded that the petition is in the nature under Article 227 of the Constitution.
At this state of intra-court appeal, we do not see any scope for interference.
This petition is accordingly dismissed.
