The present writ petition was filed on 19.09.2018 challenging the order dated 31.05.2018, whereby petitioner was transferred.
No interim order has been passed by this Court in the present case.
In the opinion of this Court, no relief can be granted to the petitioner after expiry of three years of the impugned transfer.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
