Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on an order passed in Raja Ram Meena & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14717/2019 decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and submits that a similar order may be passed in the present case.

In the case of Raja Ram Meena (Supra) a Coordinate Bench of this Court ordered as under:-

"Counsel for the petitioners make a limited prayer to decide representation by taking into consideration Annexures- 6, 7, and 8.

On such limited submission, we disposed of the present writ petition directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners by passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law while taking into consideration Annexure-6, 7 and 8 within a period of 60 days from today.
