By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming that the agricultural land held by her is falling under the command area, but despite making several representations, the irrigation facilities have not been provided to the said land by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similarly situated persons have also approached this Court by way of filing various writ petitions and this Court from time to time has disposed of those writ petitions while granting liberty to the petitioners of those writ petitions to file appropriate representation before the

irrigation authorities concerned and further directions were also given to consider the representations of the said similarly situated persons strictly in accordance with law within fixed time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while placing reliance on the decisions of Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in the cases of Krishan Kumar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.3967/2008) decided on 13.4.2012 and Smt. Padam Kanwar & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.1474/2021) decided on 27.1.2021 has prayed that similar type of directions may also be issued in this writ petition as well.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Executive Engineer, North Division, Sri Ganganagar shall consider the representation along with the documents filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Stay petition is also disposed of.
