Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical writ petition being SBCWP No.7397/2019 (M/s. Hindustan Infra Vs. JDA & Ors. ) has been disposed of by this Court on 29.5.2019. The order dated 29.5.2019 passed in M/s. Hindustan Infra (supra) reads as under:-

be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while taking into consideration Annexure4.
