The second appeal was filed on 06.01.2015.
The office has pointed out four defects including the defect that no court fees was paid and the power was not signed by all the appellants.
On 20.03.2017, order was passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, however, despite non-compliance, the office continued to give dates and the matter was not listed before the Court or the Registrar.
Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellants and the defects pointed out by the office, despite passage of over 06 years from filing of the appeal, have not been removed.
In view thereof, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
