Petition, this Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 01.11.2018 passed by Special Judge Communal Riots Cases, Jaipur Metro, Jaipur dismissing the application under Section(s) 91 & 311 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for calling the important witness.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be treated as Criminal Misc. Petition and the same may be listed before the appropriate Bench.
In view of the above, Registry is directed to register the petition as Criminal Misc. Petition after making necessary entries in the record and the same be listed before the appropriate Roster Bench on 01.12.2021.
