In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report/closure report has been chalked out, which is reflected from the factual report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor. The said factual report is taken on record.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the liberty to either of the parties to take appropriate legal recourse. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
