In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that after thorough investigation, no offence has been made out and Final Report No.100 has been chalked out on 24.05.2021, which is reflected from the factual report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor. The said factual report is taken on record.
In light such submission, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse as available to him under the law. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
