Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present criminal misc. petition has been filed for seeking a direction to decide the Protest Petition No.261/2016 titled as State Vs. Rajendra Singh in FIR No.196/2016 registered at Police Station Nadbai, District Bharatpur.
This Court on perusal of a letter dated 15.07.2020 received from the Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadbai, District Bharatpur finds that after Protest Petition was decided, Revision Petition No.16/2018 was filed and order of rejecting the Protest Petition dated 29.08.2017 was setaside and as such, case has been fixed for taking cognizance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of subsequent development as has come on record before this Court, the present criminal misc. petition does not require any adjudication and as such, the same is permitted to be withdrawn.
