This criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed seeking a direction for the respondents to make fair and impartial investigation in the FIR No.223/2020 registered at Police Station Balaghat, District Karauli.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted status report dated 16.02.2021 furnished by Station House Officer, Police Station Balaghat, District Karauli. The status report is taken on record.

As per the status report, the investigation is complete.

In view thereof, the Investigating Agency is directed to submit conclusion of the investigation with the concerned Court
