The present misc. petition has been filed under Section 482 for quashing the F.I.R. No. 41/2021 dated 02.03.2021 registered at Police Station Gotan, District Nagaur for the alleged offences under Section 379 of IPC and Sections 4 & 21 of Mining Act, 1957.
Learned Public Prosecutor has received the factual report and submits that the negative Final Report is being filed in the present case. The factual report is taken on record.
In view of the factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
