In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that closure report / final report has already been filed, as no offence has been found to be made out against the present petitioner. The status report filed by learned P.P. is taken on record.
Accordingly, the instant misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
