Both the petitioners are named in the FIR. Petitioners were armed with weapons. As per injury report of Ravi Narwal, he sustained four injuries. Injury no. 3 is grievous in nature. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of offence but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of
the case, I deem it not proper to enlarge the petitioners on
