petitioner No.2 and Sh. Harphool, Sarpanch and during the course of the same complaint, she has entered into compromise with ~arpanch Harphool, who was acquitted on the basis of compromise. It is further submitted that police initially, after thorough investigation, did not find any offence to be made out in the present case and submitted negative final report twice.
