Applicant Babulal S/o Keshuram has filed this fourth bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. Injured Kalulal sustained injury No.1, which is dangerous to life. I find no compelling circumstances to allow this fourth bail application of the accused – Babulal filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Thus, this fourth bail application is accordingly dismissed.
However, taking overall facts and circumstances of the case, it is expected from the trial Court to expedite the trial and decide the case preferably within a period of six months from today.
