In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal misc. bail application, but seeks liberty for the petitioner to file fresh bail application after recording of statements of Investigating Officer.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
