In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a trivial antecedent for which the petitioner is entitled for bail.
Learned P.P. opposes the bail application on the ground that in Para 5 of the impugned order, the learned Court below has given complete details of the seven injuries and the also the incident whereby the glass and bonnet of the vehicle was broken and the loot was carried out.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application, being devoid of any merit, is hereby dismissed.
