The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the other co-accused, namely, Rajiv, Koki @ Prince, Lalit @ Gidan and Bhondi @ Pawan have been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel further submitted that the alleged offences, against the accused-petitioner, are under Sections 143, 323, 341, 379 and 326 IPC.

Learned counsel further submitted that the injured has not received any injury, which can be termed as dangerous to life.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

This Court, considering the fact of grant of bail to other coaccused by the Coordinate Bench and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it just and proper to release the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Rinku S/o Ashok Kilad shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.204/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali Alwar, District Alwar provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of alike amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
