in the present case; two blank cheques and two blank stamps have been given as security by the petitioner to Satendra Kumar; upon bouncing of the cheques, a complaint was filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the petitioner and same was decided on 08.07.2019; the said incident took place in 2014 and the FIR in the present case was filed after a delay of two years in 2016; petitioner is behind the bars since 14.08.2021. He further stated that one blank stamp has been given to the present complainant and thereafter, a fake agreement in regard to selling of the shop to the petitioner for a consideration of Rs. 25 lacs has been created out of which, Rs. 10 lacs allegedly given by the petitioner as token money and an another FIR bearing number 629/2016 at Police Station Jawaharnagar, District Sriganganagar has been registered by the complainants’ side against the petitioner. He further stated that daughter of Satendra Kumar eloped with Rs.25 lacs and an FIR has been registered in connection with that case; Kajal, wife of Satendra Kumar stated that, “ �खक�गयाथाA’’; other than the उक्तरुपयेपारि�वारि�कमि�त्रसुखजि�ंद� one case, as mentioned above, there is no case registered against the petitioner; petitioner is behind the bars since 14.08.2021; further investigation and trial will take time. With these submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the benefit of bail may be granted to the petitioner.
