This second bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C in connection with FIR No.113/2020, registered at Police Station Banipark, District Jaipur for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.04.2021 and charge-sheet has already been filed. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Hence, the petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

this court vide order dated 26.05.2021 at the investigation stage. Now, charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner Mangatram Bhargav son of Late Shri Gokul Chand Bhargav shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each (out of which one surety shall be the resident of Jaipur Metro or District) to the satisfaction of the learned trial judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and
