This misc. application has been filed in respect of order dated 20.11.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No.14668/2021 (Ritik Vs State) together with S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No.14670/2021 (Rahul Vs State), arising out of FIR No.83/2021 of Police Station Kheroda, District Udaipur.

This Court vide order dated 20.11.2021 accepted both the aforesaid bail applications.

Learned counsel for the applicant Ritik states that though an amended cause title, showing correct name of father of the petitioner Ritik as “Ritik s/o Narayan Lal” was filed yet in the bail order dated 20.11.2021, “Ritik s/o Dal Chand” as previously wrongly typed at the time of submitting of the Bail Application has only appeared and correct name is not mentioned.

Having perused the file of S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No.14668/2021 and the order dated 20.11.2021, submission of amended cause title is found truthful. However, it seems that for typing the order, the downloaded template contained name of petitioner’s father as “Ritik s/o Dal Chand” as mentioned at the time of initial submission of the bail application and by error of inadvertent oversight, correct name from the amended cause title was not substituted.

On the basis of amended cause title submitted in the Bail Application No.14668/2021, I am satisfied that the correct name of the father of accused petitioner Ritik is “Narayan Lal”.

Accordingly, the operative portion of the order dated 20.11.2021 shall read as follows:

“ Accordingly, these bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed and it is directed that petitioners Ritik s/o Narayan Lal and Rahul s/o Vishnu shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.83/2021 of Police Station Kheroda, District Udaipur provided each of them executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for their appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.”

This order be read as integral part of aforesaid order dated 20.11.2021. The certified copy of the order shall be issued along with amended cause title filed by petitioner Ritik s/o Narayan Lal.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
