The first appeal has been filed against the order dated 12.07.2021, whereby the appellant-plaintiff suit was dismissed in view of compromise.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has already filed objections assailing the compromise before the District Judge and wants to pursue his objections against dismissal of his suit in view of compromise and does not want to press this appeal.
