The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for correction in the name of petitioner No.1 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application no.14115/2021 decided by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has submitted that the S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14115/2021 filed by the petitioner was granted by this Court on 25.10.2021 and in the said order, due to typographical error on the part of his office, name of petitioner No.1 Sahid Khan has wrongly been mentioned as Sahib Khan instead of correct name i.e. ‘Sahid Khan’. Thus, it is prayed that the name of petitioner No.1 Sahib Khan mentioned in the order required to be corrected as ‘Sahid Khan’ in place of Sahib Khan.

Accordingly and in view of the above facts, the instant application is allowed and it is directed that the name of petitioner No.1 Sahib Khan be read as ‘ Sahid Khan ’ in place of Sahib Khan wherever it appears in the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14115/2021.
