In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.
Looking into the report dated 04.01.2021, concluding that “LAD artery territory myocardial infraction with mild to moderate grade stress inducible ischemia” , the interim bail granted by this Court, which was extended on 27.11.2020, to remain in currency uptil 05.01.2021, is extended for 15 more days i.e. upto 20.01.2021. Rest of the conditions of order dated 29.05.2020 shall remain the same.
The present application stands disposed of accordingly.
