The instant Criminal Misc. Application has been filed by the applicant-petitioner, seeking correction in the order dated 24.06.2021 vide which, benefit of interim bail for a period of twenty days has been granted in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner stated that presently the petitioner is confined in Sub Jail, Balotra and due to an inadvertent error on the part of his Office, name of the Jail has been mentioned as ‘Sub Jail, Samdari’ in place of ‘Sub Jail, Balotra’, therefore, it has been prayed that the correct name of the jail may be ordered to be mentioned in the order dated 24.06.2021.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and for the reason mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, it is ordered that correct name of the jail which is, ‘Sub Jail Balotra’ may be read in the order instead of Sub Jail Samdari, wherever it appears in the order dated 24.06.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application
