Applications have been filed by the applicant, inter alia, indicating that in the order dated 09.02.2021 passed in SBCFA Nos. 119/2015 and 220/2015 though the name of the appellant/respondent is ‘R.C. Sharma’, the same has been indicated as ‘R.S. Sharma’ and, therefore, the same may be corrected.
In view of the submissions made in the applications, the same are allowed. In the order dated 09.02.2021, the name of appellant/respondent in the respective appeals, shall be read as ‘R.C. Sharma’.
