Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have settled the dispute mutually, whereby, the appellants would be entitled to a further lump sum compensation of Rs. 4,00,000/-.
In view of the submissions made, the appeal filed by the appellants is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Insurance Company to make a further lump sum payment of Rs. 4,00,000/- to the appellants/claimants within a period of four weeks.
In case, the payment is not made within a period of four weeks, from the end of four weeks till the payment is made the appellant would be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum.
