Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have settled the dispute mutually, whereby in full and final settlement of the claim, the respondent – Insurance Company shall pay a further lump sum of Rs. 57,000/- to the claimant within a period of two months from the date of this order.
In case the amount is not paid within a period of two months, the Insurance Company would be liable to make payment of interest @ 6% per annum till the date of actual payment, on the above amount of compensation, from the date of this order.

The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant/claimants.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
