This application has been filed by the applicants – petitioners seeking recall of order dated 05.01.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10522/2016.
It is inter alia indicated that the petitioners could not implead certain necessary parties to the writ petition and, therefore, though the writ petition was decided following an earlier decision of this Court, the order may be recalled so that the petitioners may implead necessary parties to the writ petition and a fresh order may be passed.
In view of the submissions, the application is allowed. The order dated 05.01.2018 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
