By perusal of record, it transpires that the arbitration award dated 13.04.2016 was passed and there-against the appellant filed objections. The objections have been dismissed vide impugned order dated 04.05.2019.
During the course of appeal respondent No.1 said to have passed away but no steps have been taken by the appellant in this regard.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed in default for nonprosecution.
